Genco is a licensed and insured shell contractor. We specialize in building robust and enduring structures that stand as testaments to quality craftsmanship.

Shell construction is the culmination of foundation, slab, columns, tie beams, masonry and rough carpentry. Additionally, we provide specialty stairs and flatwork. We are a turnkey shell contractor and you can count on us to take your project from any foundation system through any floor system and right up through the roof system with minimal oversight and management on your part.
